Dr. Kaitlyn Henderson is the Senior Director for Wage Policy & Legislative Affairs at Patriotic Millionaires. Prior to joining, she was a senior researcher and staff-elected board member at Oxfam, where she led the domestic labor and workers rights portfolio, including the Best States to Work Index—a national benchmark on worker policies. Prior to Oxfam, Kaitlyn was a fellow with the Aspen Strategy Group with the Aspen Institute, working on national security and foreign policy. She holds a PhD in Latin American history from Tulane, with a focus on race and politics in Cuba. She has been published widely in academic journals, local and national media outlets, and has a forthcoming book with Cambridge University Press.
